    We ship our handmade creations worldwide with care directly from our LunarBloom studio in Nanjing, China.

     Please note that all timelines mentioned are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

     To ensure the highest quality, each order requires a dedicated 7-business-day handmade creation and final inspection period in our studio. Once this personal touch is complete, we carefully package and dispatch your order to our shipping partner within 1 business day.

     For delivery, we work with reliable carriers to minimize transit time.

      Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:

Mainland China: 3-5 business days.

North America & Western Europe: 6-10 business days.

Australia, Japan & South Korea: 5-8 business days.

Other International Destinations: 8-15 business days.

     This means the total estimated time from when you place your order to delivery typically ranges between approximately 11 to 23 business days, depending on your location.

     We are committed to transparent and fair shipping costs, which are calculated based on your destination and order. We partially subsidize this cost for most orders.

     Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $80 USD or more.

     As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link for full visibility.

     Please note that for shipments outside China, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by the destination country's regulations.
