You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lunar Bloom, Shopify, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against all losses, damages, liabilities or claims payable to any third party, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or documents referenced herein; (2) your violation of any law or infringement of third-party rights; or (3) your access to and use of the Service.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim; failure to provide timely notice shall not release you from indemnification obligations unless substantial prejudice results. We may assume control over the defence and settlement of any such claim at your cost, including selection of legal counsel, and shall not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (consent not to be unreasonably withheld).
