Every Lunar Bloom piece is shaped petal by petal over a slender copper frame. Treated gently, it keeps its shape and colour for years — and can be worn again for every moment that matters.
Velvet-textured petals and silk flocking do not like water. Avoid rain, and keep perfume, hairspray and styling products away from the flowers — finish your styling first, then put your piece on last.
Rest it in its box or on a soft surface, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Never place heavy items on top: the petals are shaped by hand, so pressure will flatten them.
If a petal gets pressed out of shape, hold the flower briefly above the gentle steam of a kettle — never let it touch the water — then reshape it with your fingertips and let it air-dry. The copper wire inside allows small adjustments.
Dust lightly with a soft, dry brush, or use a hair dryer on the coolest, lowest setting. Do not wash, soak, or use any cleaning product.
Clip or pin onto dry, finished hair. Open the comb gently and avoid pulling on individual petals. The brooch pin can be adjusted slightly by hand so the piece sits well on a lapel, a bag or a scarf.
These are not single-occasion pieces. With a little care, the flower you wore to one celebration will be ready for the next.
